Every time I try to pull up EBAY my internet connection stops, tries to reconnect & can't. If I try AMAZON I instantly connect. It has been 3 days that I cannot shop on EBAY. What is going on? Reed

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and having problems with the main eBay page hanging or causing Explorer to crash, try using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Opera instead. If you can't use another browser, you can try bookmarking the eBay sitemap page and using that rather than going to the main eBay page (which is apparently causing problems for users of IE11 lately):

A work-around is to access another eBay page and sign-in from there (I use Community Boards). This may still hang-up after you login, but if you close the page and go back to it you should be logged-in.
