template problems

I can't seem to edit a current template or add a new template.  I update the changes that are needed and then when I hit save, it just keeps spinning.  I tried rebooting.  I tried using Google Chrome and Edge.  Is there a glitch somewhere?

well, I see this has been going on since yesterday.  I should have scrolled down further.   Hope this gets fixed soon.

Same problem.  Thought maybe that template was glitched so even tried to create a new one from scratch but it won't let me

I realise this is an oldish thread but was this resolved? I am having the same problem as of yesterday.

This is still going on - Tried to create a new template and when I went to save, got the same swirling box.   Can't do anything with any of my saved templates.   I was able to list a new item yesterday from scratch and it worked OK.  Something is wrong with the templates.

I contacted eBay and they are aware of the problem and working on it.   Here is their response:  

"We are already fixing this issue, Donna.

And please give us 24 to 48 hours to fix this issue, Donna."

I've been having the same problem. Very frustrating, but at least now I know I am not the only one having the problem.

Having the exact same problem with not being able to save templates since early morning 11/2/21.

Was told on 11/2/21 it would take 72 hours to resolve. 

The saving template icon just hangs, just like the screen shot at the top of this thread.

The problem has not been fixed yet.
