signin.ebay.com refused to connect for days now.

I keep getting this message everytime i try to create a draft or do bulk listings. It's been a week i've been having to di individual listings because BULK listing keeps crashing and then i get that message.

I had the same situation.  Solution:  I logged out of eBay then shut my computer off.  Then I turned the computer back on and logged into eBay.  Problem was gone.

I logged out and back on didn't work for me. Can't list new item. Can't list a draft. Can't do anything without getting that signin.ebay.com when I tried signing in with that it takes me to a frozen page.

i tried MS edge works ok . but chrome it still broken
