Hi,
Unable to list any items today via the App. Allows me to take the photos, complete all fields except won't allow me to select collection (slider is greyed out). Got to click list item and app crashes on this screen forcing you to go back. Says the item has been saved as a draft - go into it again and only one photo is saved and all other fields completely gone.
Have contacted ebay but no answers there aside from someone else has called with same issue and to wait 5 hours and try again!
I have the latest ebay app - cleared cache and data - restarted phone- reinstalled app. Done all the usual bug fixes but think this is deffo an ebay issue that needs fixing asap please!!
Anyone else finding this or know a fix?

Same issue here. I upload photos on app then finish on computer, half the photos never make it over to the computer. Can't post from app now either.

Having similar issue, tried the app on 3 different phones and same issue. Tired on wifi and Mobile network but no change.
For now I'm just force closing the app, and trying multiple times. It's taking about an hour to list 1 item, when normally it takes a few seconds...

Same here so frustrating, I've had this happen before a few times but never this bad. When I go back into my drafts all I have are the first couple photos and I have to re enter everything

I have been unable to effectively list using the ebay app on my phone for about a week. Same glitches as everyone reporting. Pics not uploading, price defaulting to auction. But not letting me submit the listing at all. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DIX THIS ASAP!!! I know it is customary for glitches to occur during the seller updates, but a message to users describing the glitch and what reccomended work arounds would be greatly appreciated.

It's unacceptable that the App has been bugged for this long. The only workaround is to use the website, which also seems to be bugged and glitchy. What TF is going on there, anyway???
They need to fix this NOW. Every seller should get an extra 250 free listings in June to put off listing till then, plus other fee credits for lost sales in May.

I have had this exact issue for a week. Sometime the app throws you a bone and saves one photo at a time after spending 10 minutes of your night spinning wheels to reupload the same 12 photos over and over again only to be disappointed repeatedly that they disappear. It should only take 4 minutes to make a listing but now it takes 15- youre crying and holding your head out of desperation because you had the intention of listing 10 items and know youre going to go to bed frustrated and have no sales because you didn't have the capacity to do the work.

Same issue. I tried force stopping the app, deleting cache, deleting storage, uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it made a difference. It didn't. I'll go to work on a draft, upload all the pics on the mobile app, crop them, it looks like they are saved correctly/normally, then go to list item...The listing will hang, then when I hit back and check the draft, it will have saved 1-6 pictures and deleted any item specifics I added during that time. It often will only get a little further on the second try. This makes listing VERY slow and VERY frustrating. Someone from ebay NEEDS to address this and/or fix it ASAP. It is directly losing them and us money by guaranteeing fewer listings will be posted by anyone affected until it is fixed.
Also, maybe this is tied to the patch that added/re-added brightness adjustment in the app? It has only been doing it since the recent app update. It messes up regardless of whether I adjust any brightness though. Please help, ebay representative.

Something that has been working is instead of hitting list item or save as draft- is to hit preview. If the preview page loads with your 12 photos you should be good, from there half the time itll list- if it doesnt list at least the photos arent lost.

Hello, I've been having this issue. Strangely, I use a VPN and changing the VPN server to list usually works for about one listing but only for a short time. I am a web programmer (I do not work for ebay) and I'm kind of stumped what would cause this. If I had to guess, issues with the code that handles how much data a user is allowed to send from a particular IP address and errors that causes it to block out uploads after only a small amount of usage from a particular IP and account combination. That is, it would be errors in the code detecting and handling abuse if I had to guess but I'm not an ebay-level web coder so this is mere conjecture on my part.

I am having the same issue and it is driving me insane. Takes me 3 to 4 times longer to list the same amount if items per day. Over 15 minutes for one listing sometimes because it will delete everything and I'll have to start the listing over 5 times in a row. I'm considering just quitting until this is fixed

Just posted this in another thread about the same bug, but try uploading all the photos without changing any (no cropping/rotating), hit the back arrow to return to drafts / auto-save listing, refresh drafts, return to the listing. When I do this, the photos have been saving for me, then I crop/rotate as needed and hit list. Don't know if it's 100% and it still slows things down, but I seem to lose the photos a lot more if I crop or add item specifics while they're uploading. I've tried waiting longer for them to upload too (1-5 minutes after "apparent" uploading finish), but with inconsistent results. This is on a Moto G with Android 10. Hope the devs can give some kind of info or update on this bug soon...
