Having problems listing items

Every time I try to list an item, the ongoing buffering spinning wheel keeps popping up without allowing me to proceed to the next step, I have been having this problem on and off for the last 2 weeks, I have even tried to Uninstall and Reinstall the app several times, My Ebay app is updated and I am not sure what in Sam Higgins is going on? This is preventing me from conducting my business....Please help!

See the other threads about this problem.  It sounds like the same thing.  Some new bug in the update makes it look like photos are uploading, but if you save the listing and go back to it, you'll see only a few there and any added item specifics will be gone.  If you try to list instead of saving it, it will hang on the loading screen.  Very annoying and is slowing things down.
