Hello everyone, I have a major issue I have not been able to sort out and it has impacted my eBay listing abilities. No matter the device, I have been unable to edit the shipping cost of my items (no matter the shipping policy selected) as I have been getting an error message "signin.ebay.com" refused to connect. Please provide help on this matter as soon as possible. Thank you!

UPDATE: I logged out of my account and logged back in and was successful in getting the page to load. I'm hoping that this issue is not a reoccurring thing.

sometimes this kind of thing is corrupt link......but a browser will keep using the same one since it's the one in short term memory.......shutting down and forcing it to "find" a link often solves the problem....sometimes you have to close the browser and/or windows itself......

Thank you for the reply! The issue is back, so now I have to keep logging out and logging back in for every new listing. It's pesky, and I hope eBay gets on this issue promptly if it's happening to others.

It's not eBay--it's something on your end.
Try clearing all your eBay cookies. Try clearing your cache and browsing history "from the beginning of time." Try a different browser. Try temporarily disabling any apps, one at a time. Check your wifi connection.
Which OS are you using? Which browser are you using? Which eBay platform are you using?

See here for some discussion of this recent issue involving messages:
If you have the eBay app, you should be able to send messages with images attached that way.
