i agree, i called ebay and they are stating they have not hear of this, but the guy i talked to did not get it to work either. Glitch??????

said thjey would call me back.... NO call yet...

I HATE this new lay out wish so much they would not keep changing thigs.

Totally agree. EBAY, please Fire the guy who is in charge of the new LayOut for Purchase History IMMEDIATELY and replace by new Software Developers that at least know/understand how to buy/sell/track stuffs on Ebay so they can bring back the Perfectly Working Classic Layout. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!

I have been a seller on eBay for 10 years and this new lay out is going to make me leave. It not only happened in one place it happened in all of their sites as pay pal, purchases, listings, relist items, etc.
I can't stand it and don't know what was so wrong with the old sites that they needed to be changed and at what cost to the company did this all happen?

I can't change it back to the old lay out and that was all I asked for in my feedback comments was to give "us the sellers and buyers" that choice but that is gone now and so am I.

I have notified all my friends and relatives that sell on eBay to back me up on this decision and we have all agreed that these changes were not a necessity and should of never been shoved down our throats and not allow us the choice to go back to the old lay out!!

It is the most annoying thing they have done to date. But I won't stand for it anymore. I will let my flags sell out and not add anymore listings even the free ones you get.

I agree with you and everything that you said.

What a mess they have made of eBay since I

started in 2009. This is not what I signed up for

and will also be leaving eBay after many years

of being a seller and a buyer! Wasn't any reason

to change it and I also agree the designer needs

to be fired he had no clue what he was doing and

the worst part is some one agreed that this was

a better way! What knucklehead did that!

You need to see tracking and to know what shipped

and what hasn't. I think you stopped thinking about

us and started to think what you thought looked good.

that was so not right. You will be losing me to with this

new lay out. I hate it and like others said asked that you

leave us the option after all you can't see my page when

I am working on it so why change my page!

When I can't change it back it explodes on my lap top and

I have to adjust the setting to see it and then the writing is

so small that it is just becomeing a chore instead of a fun

hobby to help pay medical bills. "I quit eBay"!! So long!

I don't know why eBay equates change with progress. I HATE the new purchase page! UGH! I do NOT want the large format page that has less consolidated information! eBay WAKE UP!!!!!

I hated the new Watching page and it seems they now have switched the Purchase History page to this awful format too. It's so much harder to use and seems to hide important information that used to just be there. They keep changing things and never fixing actual issues but KNOW we're all SUCKERS and won't ever leave.

I have the exact same issue. I buy a lot of the same item and need all of the tracking information to be listed on the same page so I can use "find" to easily find tracking numbers. It is a nightmare trying to sort through everything this way. Up until today I could switch back to the old system. As of today, clicking the "

Switch to old purchas history" doesn't work. This is going to add hours to my workload!

Just posted the link to this this thread on the ebay facebook page as a comment. Hopefully they will take notice. I think if others do the same it may make the voices of ebay members heard.

I am just a small fish in a large ocean, been selling here for only 10 years but in the last 6 months or so with all the changes (almost all are non-seller friendly) I am loosing interest and quite frankly have become uninspired and am now listing less than 1/3rd of what was the norm for me.

I am spending more time clicking for things that used to be right in front of my face. These changes are user unfriendly and never would have been implemented if sellers were polled or asked.

I think i will do my little protest and not list anything for 10 days, not a big deal to eBay, but you know what it makes me feel like I have a little say in the matter.
