"Sell Again" function from Inventory not working

A simple task of choosing the "Sell Again" button from my Inventory produces an error message "...this listing tool isn't working right this second..."  Please try again later.  This condition has existed for over 24-hours.

Is this a known issue?

This issue is happening again and needs resolved.  I'm unable to create listing from saved templates in the Inventory System.

This error is coming up again:

"Well, this is embarrassing.

We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second.

Please try again later."

Ebay technical staff - whatever you did to fix this in April the last time it broke please do it again ASAP!
