A simple task of choosing the "Sell Again" button from my Inventory produces an error message "...this listing tool isn't working right this second..." Please try again later. This condition has existed for over 24-hours.
Is this a known issue?

Same issue here on eBay UK. Started Friday morning, now Sunday morning and still unable to list items from saved templates.

Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner to file a tech report with eBay.
I haven't listed from "Inventory" since last week and it was working at that time.
It's not uncommon for me to get error messages when I try to list from Inventory. More often than not I end up copy/pasting the info into a new listing.

Hello everyone,
Been having the same issue since Friday. The only work around is modifying and listing from active listings and then adding them to inventory through active listings and deleting the duplicate item (or old item) from inventory.

I have been having the same issue for a few days now. I don't think there are enough people with this problem for eBay to really pay attention to it and fix the problem. We list items every day and now everything has completely stopped.

I have reached out to ebay and opened a technical support ticket. May take 72-hours to fix.

Thanks for reporting, same issue here since Saturday.

Thank you so much for reporting. The more people they hear from, the more priority they will give to this issue.

72 hours is the party line. CS always, for every tech issue, says 24-48 hours or 48-72 hours. There's no basis for it.
Everybody experiencing this should report the tech issue. The easiest and fastest way is to click the ? on the bottom right of almost any eBay page.
It's as fast as clicking the ?, clicking report a technical issue, and typing a comment in the box, then submitting. The more people reporting, the higher it will go up eBay's fix list.

We are having the same issue in the UK since Friday morning (11/04).
We cannot access any of our existing/create new inventory listings due to the error:
ebay.co.uk/lstng/error?reason=createSmpTemplateDraft:XS_CALL_ERROR
Which results in message:

Hi devon@ebay kyle@ebay - can you check if there's a site wide ticket for this sellers can reference when reporting and maybe get it reported from your side, as well? It's impacting both US and UK. Thanks!

You can list via your active listings (sell similar), and then save the listing back to your inventory. You select the checkbox next to the listing, and the Save to inventory option is under the Action Menu.
Not ideal, but at least you can list items with minimal effort, as opposed to starting a listing from scratch.

Hey @wastingtime101! We just did a test and we were able to report a ticket through the desktop version. Can we ask to have users clear cache and cookies to see if the problem still is occurring?

Looks like it's fixed on my end. Did not have to clear cache/cookies. No more error message. Hopefully others will confirm the same. Thanks devon@ebay .
