From the "Revise your item" link on the listing page, I've been TRYING to revise prices down to 99 cents for a lot of my listings (I've decided to liquidate all of my inventory and close my eBay business, before eBay drives itself out of business) but most of the time I have to re-revise and even re-re-re-revise the price before the new price "sticks" in eBay...
What I eventually discovered is that revising the intended field alone usually doesn't work, but if I revise the intended field first and then "revise" another field by re-entering the same value, and then "Submit" the revisions they'll stick.
The problem occurs with Firefox, Chrome and IE, and the workaround works in all of those. Of course this is all just a figment of my mass-hallucination; eBay is perfect and there are no site issues on eBay.

Yup, just another day in the life of selling on ebay. One day they will get it right but probably when I take my store else where. lol

Fixed it for you:
"One day they will get it right but...AFTER everyone has taken their stores and listings elsewhere."
