Will attempt to research a product using the broadest terms on the website (via my laptop). The results will automatically show active listings, as if there are no solds. I'll deliberately select the Solds options and this message will appear: " No sold results found for "XXX ". Sometimes the search is as broad as an author name.
However, when the same search terms are attempted on the app through Product Research, results for sold items will appear without issue.
This has been happening for several weeks

Are you using Chrome and searching using the Advanced Search page? There was a bug that inserted the user's username or email address in the Seller field, so that searches were only searching the user's own item listings (if any). If that is the issue, try deleting the saved form data from that Seller field on the Advanced Search page. You may have to enter your eBay username and password manually and re-save those, but the problem should not recur after that is done.

I have been having the same issue- in both Chrome in Safari. It is infuriating. If anyone has found a solution I would love to hear it.

eBay seems to be redirecting some ended listings to a product catalog page with no link to the original sold listing, at least when using a desktop browser.
