Viewing Sports Trading Card Auctions That Have Ended

For reasons unknown Ebay no longer allows you to click on the original listing of a card that has ended in the  Sports Trading Card category. Ended auctions are a great tool when it comes to determining the condition of a card and can help you to determine the value of cards you may be planning to buy, and or sell. Anybody know the reason behind this decision?

Viewing Sports Trading Card Auctions That Have Ended

eBay seems to be redirecting some ended listings to a product catalog page with no link to the original sold listing, at least when using a desktop browser.

See this post and the rest of the entire thread for some possible workarounds:

Viewing Sports Trading Card Auctions That Have Ended

Found this out too a few days ago, I wanted to see what something went for in my Watch List.  You could go to the item and then click "Original Listing" I think it said on the top right and it would go to the original listing with the sale price.  Now, I think you have to go to Completed Items to see prices.  At one time, it went right to the original listing then they changed it to a similar listing with the "Original Listing" you could click on and see the original listing.  Now, you can't see the original listing.  Why they change it?  I think they wanted to either remove the original listing to save space or hide the sale prices and make people look for recent prices only under Completed Items I guess.
