"Newly Listed" sort feature not working

Does anyone know why the "newly listed" sort feature has not been working for the past 2-3 days?

I have had no problems with thew Newly Listed sort on my Windows laptop using the Chrome browser.

I'm using the app on both iphone and ipad and it does not work for me.  I've also tried using the ebay website on the pc to no avail.  Thanks for responding!

I'm using the Safari browser on my Windows pc.  Should that make a difference?

It could. 

I believe Apple stopped supporting Safari for Windows in 2012. So if you are using Safari for Windows, your browser is a decade out of date.

My apologies.  I meant to say that I'm using the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox.

Just tested - no issues here.

Try logging out, clearing cache/cookies, logging back in.  Or perhaps change browsers - we just used Edge with zero issues.  Good luck!

Newly Listed is my standard routine search. I have that preset on my desktop machines, although the mobile app on my Galaxy always reverts to the useless Best Match setting; I have to manually change it to Newly Listed every time I do a search there. But that's nothing new and I have not seen any recent changes either...

I'm having the same problem, on Firefox and Chrome (see pic)
Items are listed based on date of INITIAL, FIRST TIME listing, even though correct date shows for each item

It has been working fine for me as well. I use Chrome on my windows pc.

Just got off the phone with an ebay rep, who said it's a known issue they are currently working on.
Hopefully gets fixed soon, maybe even this quarter .

Still not working as of 5/11 (See pic, Item relisted today, showing "Newly listed" next to item.
Yet shows a listing date of September 2nd.
