Did you mean:

"Have us call you." not available anymore?

The eBay system won't let me reply to the response so I am starting a new message.

I requested help about contacting eBay because I hadn’t received messages for 3 weeks.

On 11/27, I received a response instructing me to click on this link: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10  and then to click on "Have us call you."  and that "Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time."

But when I click on the link, "Have us call you is not there. All that is available is: “Chat with our automated assistant”, "Ask the Community", & "Help yourself" topics that have nothing to do with what I need.

Am I missing something?

Re: "Have us call you." not available anymore?

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

If nothing else works, try this link:
