I too am having trouble sending my packages this is making a major concern and far as the buyer goes they paid for the shipping so I should send it no matter what however we buy these labels from eBay and in turn they send us the QR code and it's not scanning at the post office what is going on and how do we get our money back so we can send the labels out or ourselves I do not have a computer or printer I just go to the post office if I have to but this is the way I've been doing it through eBay shipping please if anybody knows what's going on send me a reply

I unfortunately wasted a significant amount of time dealing with eBay on this yesterday.

At this time, when you go to purchase a ‘shipping label’ - which, for me and apparently you too ALWAYS means purchasing a QR code given that I do not own a printer - there is a message stating that eBay is not is not issuing QR codes at this time due to a problem and ‘sorry for the inconvenience.’ 
I have 13 items to ship from the weekend, some of which are now late, including four labels I bought yesterday that do not work and that I will have to re-purchase when and if eBay ever gets its act together.

I assume this has something to do with USPS doing away with 1st class shipping as of this week. That change was announced, I believe, in September of 2022. eBay has had TEN months to deal with it. But they have not. They have instead been busy making it all but impossible for sellers to leave real feedback to buyers and making pointless changes to selling formats that RUIN a system that wasn’t broken in the first place. And by the way, customer service has NO IDEA when QR codes will be available again.

I am disgusted. I feel I have no choice but to send personal messages to each buyer explaining eBay’s latest screw up and apologizing for the fact that as of now I haven’t been able to find a better selling platform to use than eBay.

But I am certainly looking at my other options, AGAIN. I am at the end of my rope with eBay, I swear.

thank you so much and yes it is such a hassle I'm on vacation and thank God they understand every one of them but I had to tell them I will be mailing this late and what about the new people purchasing items that too I will have to make my own labels I don't have a computer printer or anything I just rely on my phone and the QR code so I was thinking it was up and ready now but I don't know I have to deal with all of this when I go home I may just go back to sending regular labels but purchasing a QR code was cheaper I'm also trying to return money to a buyer, and eBay server is down this is 3 days now what is going on with eBay they became horrible and I don't understand this I've been a member since 2000 that's 23 years with a job they should help us they've had plenty of time to straighten all of this out and I don't understand what's going on thank you for your reply I appreciate it.
