As the title says - Every couple of days my return policy is being changed from free returns to no returns. By the time I notice the change I've already listed many items. I then need to go through each listing to find the ones with no returns and switch each one back to free returns.
This NEVER used to happen to me. The listing tool would always remember these policies. Now, it's a consistent occurrence.
Also, my organic impressions are slashed by 40% for nearly two weeks. Devon said it was a temporary glitch with the reporting of impressions and it would be resolved on the 11th, I believe. Still not resolved and I don't think it's just a reporting issue.
