pictures edited not saving

we take the time to edit every picture we put in our listing to have quality photos and when we list item they are not edited. its not saving our changes...

Same problem here.  I'm running FireFox 61.01.  When I disable adblockers and other nag preventing FireFox addons I can upload or edit photos.

Now, Ebay, don't think for one minute the problem is with FireFox.   That would be a good lazy man's excuse for not solving the problem on Ebay's side.

Your browser might be showing the file in the browser cache (the old version).

Try clicking the Refresh button on your browser to update the file.

Or you can click on the pic with the left button and select View Image (or whatever it's called on the browser menu) and then click Refresh when it takes you to the page with the picture.

New people seeing the listing might be seeing the edited pictures but since you originally loaded the old piccture, the browser might be looking back at the cache.

If that doesn't work, it might indeed be an eBay problem.
