Can't upload photos

Trying to use up my "free listings" but it's not letting me upload photos. I click on it and it looks like it will load but never does.

i even tried it with new & relisting and item & changing the photo but still the same issue

It's my iPad. And it's happening again! I listed one item tonight then it stopped uploading my photos.
