Bug report: Issue with spanish site when configuring account, links to URL's cannot be clicked

Hi All:

For the spanish site when attempting to configure account details, every link URL cannot be clicked, making impossible to configure account settings on spanish site.

This happens on firefox 69.0.2 (64 bit) on Firefox and on Edge too.

If you switch to the english site, URL links do work as it should been.
