missing info in emails from ebay re item listed or item sold

recently format of item has been listed and item has been sold emails has changed.

ebay is no longer including the ebay item number on these emails and no longer including quantity remaining on multiple quantity item sold emails.

this is making bookkeeping and tracking transactions more difficult.

I see no reason not to provide this information, please restore it.

If it's not restored, which has been a 'thing' for quite a while so probably won't ever change:

Use ebay seller hub and do not rely on emails as emails have been glitchy for 2+ years. 

With 43 items sold past 90 days, 6 in February, would be more than easy to look there.

We have the same problem. We print the ebay listing emails for items that do not sell and print the item paid emails for things that sell for our records. We use the ebay item numbers for keeping track of items and now that they are not on the emails we have to add them manually which is just aggravating. I hope they add it back to the emails at some point.

There are ways around ebay not putting the item numbers in emails, but it was so much easier for me to access the info I need by just pasting the item number in my email search. . Is there any place to make a complaint or to let ebay know we want this function back?

Got it thanks, It probably won't do anything but you never know. I have sent them my request
