Today Sunday March 23, I spoke with an agent at length about an issue with eBay automatically reverting about 30 of my most recent listings to "No Returns" when in actuality I offer 30 day returns.
HOWEVER, while troubleshooting that issue, which still isn't solved due to the ensuing issues we found while on the phone, the agent and I both kept getting error messages not only while trying to perform a bulk edit to a select group in my active listings, but also other error messages that stopped me from being able to proceed.
As I write this a couple of hours later, the issue is not at all solved, but getting worse, I believe. Just now I -logged in fine to eBay, but quickly found more error messages when I attempted to edit existing listings saying "Sorry, the listing tool is not working right now...." or something very close to that.
At this point, I cannot seem to do anything to fix the listings with incorrect info. that seemed to simply appear there spontaneously (this is the 3rd or 4th time in 2.2 years), but I also cannot list ANYTHING at all at this time; 5:35 p.m. Sunay 3-23-2025
