Trying to restart this topic that was closed out a couple years ago with no solutions. For several weeks I have been unable to place an offer or accept a counteroffer. When I click on the "make an offer" button I get the offer page, but it's blank and a little circle spins and spins with no place to add an amount or anything. This has happened on multiple items. I am not blocked. I don't have too many offers outstanding. I have tried turning off my VPN and antivirus with no help. This happens on multiple browsers running Windows 11 on a PC.
