For almost a week now I cannot list an item. When I upload photos they spin for a long time then appear briefly then just disappear. Sometimes the photos do stay but when I click on the blue button to list nothing happens. I haven't changed any settings on my computer or camera recently. Just doing everything as I usually do. Cleared out my history but made no difference.

I am also having the same issue. I've tried for 3 days now. Pics work fine for me, but when I click the blue List button nothing happens. When I click Save, nothing happens. When I click Preview, it gives me a preview of the listing I'm using to sell a similar item from, not what I just changed everything to.

Same thing here. It's like the 'List' button is broken. I thought maybe it was an issue with pictures at first, because the preview never shows what I've uploaded. And I've noticed every time I've tried to list though, I have a hard time getting my details to stick. If I'm using a draft, it automatically reverts back to the old year etc, and when I schedule the date reverts back in time constantly. The page isn't refreshing, and I've tested by trying to play a video while I'm editing the listing, so I know it's not a connection problem either.
I do tend to have more problems in the morning no matter what, but this has been for a while now.

Okay, a small update. I was trying to list on my Chromebook and it wasn't working. I tried just now on my desktop computer and it worked. Maybe it is a Chromebook issue?

I'm having exactly the same problem. List or Save buttons will not work.

It is a chromebook issue. It worked from Windows for me.

I don't have a chromebook, and I'm still unable to list, whether from a template or creating a new listing from scratch.

I've been having the same problem for more than a month now, except in my case, the problem is on my desktop. I've tried clearing my cache and history but it makes no difference. Even tried using 3 different browsers, with the same result. Strangely, I don't have the issue when I use my old laptop... just the opposite of your experience. I've contacted eBay numerous times, online and on the phone, but they're absolutely no help. Everyone I spoke to said the same thing... "wait a few days and see if it fixes itself!" Very frustrating!

Sorry this is happening. I can understand it can be frustrating when you're trying to make some money and the platform you sell on doesn't want to cooperate!
Just do me a favor and try another browser, Firefox or Chrome or even Microsoft Edge. Sometimes, whenever I'm having a strange problem on one website, I find that using a different browser sometimes works. Don't ask me why or how. But let me know if this works. Thanks!

Firefox does not work on one PC, Chrome however does, other PC is Edge and it works. Cache has been cleaned on Firefox but still broken. Not much tech support.

I'm having the same issue on both my desktop & laptop. Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge & Firefox) when I click (List it) button then comes back with out description or price. I have tried for a week now. Cleared cache thinking a windows update might have affected my desktop PC. Since I doesn't work on my laptop now I'm thinking it might be eBay. Hoping this get fixed since I have some baseball cards I wanted to list. Took a break for a months since I was busy with work and other activities.

This is a different issue than the original poster's.
If the problem is that the item description is disappearing when you list, the problem may be tied to a browser add-on. Other users have pointed to issues with Ad Block, Duckduckgo and a grammar checker called Language Tool. If you have any of these add-ons installed in your browser while listing or editing, a conflict with the new listing tool may cause the item description to be lost. It is possible that there are issues with other as-yet unidentified add-ons as well.
Try temporarily disabling those add-ons while listing or editing. Or else try using another browser that does not have those add-ons installed to list or edit your items.

You should be using listing software, which has been the fastest way to list for more than 20 years.
Listing are stored on your computer for as long as you like.
Using eBay's listing form or sell similar is like being a snail on the back of a turtle who is traveling in the opposite direction.

I used Turbo Lister for many years, but ebay totally killed support for it, so it no longer works...
Same problem here. Can't list on ebay anymore. Thanks.
