iPhone app keeps signing me out

Every couple of days (sometimes the same day) I’ll go onto the app and I’ll have been signed out. 
I sign in again and it will keep me logged in for a time but then I’ll be logged out again. 
This started in the last few weeks and everything on my phone is up to date so no idea why this is happening. 
The only “support” I’ve been given by eBay is to delete the app and reinstall it, which I’ve done about 4 times now but it makes no difference.

If anyone has a solution to stop this happening it would be greatly appreciated.

If the problem is with a previous installation not finishing cleanly, it may be worth uninstalling the app one more time. Then restart your device. Once restarted, then install the latest version of the app again. The restart in between should ensure that the app installs cleanly with nothing left over from a previous installation.
