i wonder anyone been in a situation like this.
i am just buying stuff form ebay.
when i try to go to payment page.
ebay show :
Your account is currently restricted. Go to message to learn how to be reinstated.
but i find no messages.
i dont know why my account being restricted.
anyone have have any ideas? any help?
