hcaptcha just took 20 minutes to get here. if it happens again,i will close ebay account

i tried many times to satisfy hcaptcha that i'm human,but no luck. this was rediculous and i wont do it again. if hcaptcha prevents my login,i'll just go elsewhere. don't have that problem on amazon.

There should be something on the Sign In preferences page:

https://accounts.ebay.com/acctsec/security-center

If you use the eBay app, try Settings and look under "Sign in and security".

You would definitely need to protect that social media account, as anyone that gains access would be able to access your eBay account as well, but it might be worth setting up a new Facebook or Google account just for that purpose.

SOLVED!: I was able to SOLVE the problem by deleting de Google Chrome app from Windows and re-installing it back on. It immediately pointed at some security issues that had to be solved / verified, before proceeding. Once done that, bingo! ebay started working regularly again. CHECK YOUR BROWSER (could be corrupted/broken)  The problems is most likely to be there!
