get rid of "related sponsored items"

When I pull up something decent that I ordered recently, a nasty book appears under the category "related sponsored items".  How do I delete or stop that?  It doesn't ask me whether I am interested in the item.

why does ebay put related sponsored items above my description?  That is not really fair.  It used to only be on the bottom of my listings?

Still no luck. Years later and we are being subjected to pornography while trying to shop. I may be closing my account that I have had for about 25 years.

Insane that years later they still have an issue with this box showing 18+ images to people (for a sex doll), with no ability to block certain categories, 18+, etc. All I've bought on this account is hot wheels cars, video games, and engineering supplies. Thanks to the person for the adblocker suggestion, I was able to remove it for myself.
