get rid of "related sponsored items"

When I pull up something decent that I ordered recently, a nasty book appears under the category "related sponsored items".  How do I delete or stop that?  It doesn't ask me whether I am interested in the item.

If you are using a desktop browser, you can use an ad blocker to block specific page elements from appearing, such as the entire row of related sponsored listings.

Most ad blockers have an element hiding tool that allows you to select specific page elements, adjust how sensitive the blocking rule is using a simple graphical interface, and add it to your ad blocker rules.

Oh my word! My mother-in-law has the same problem! It just started last night. It’s a book about Kama sutra?? I believe. We are trying to figure out how to block it. She has young children and doesn’t want it to be seen.

Tyler, could you please look into this?  I too have noticed it.  I was looking specifically at a children's book listing and the kamasutra book appears in the list of related sponsored items.  I think eBay should address this glitch as soon as possible.   I believe the point of the original post was that there is inappropriate material being shown within the group of "sponsored items", not really a question of how to remove or block all of it.  At least that was my take on it.

@sscbbt we are sorry for the upsetting experience. This is a bug that we will fix, the appropriate team is already on it. Thank you for reporting the issue and being a valuable member of the eBay Community.

And three weeks later, this totally INAPPROPRIATE book cover is still appearing in my "Related Sponsored Items." Please, some of us have children, others find it morally offensive, and frankly, it doesn't go well with my morning coffee!!!

I am having this problem too.  Really not appropriate.  EBay needs to do something to stop this.

I too am seeing ads for adult items in the "suggested sponsored" ads. Completely inappropriate. I am considering addressing the issue legally since there is no way to hide or block these from showing up.

Maybe a class-action suit is in order since ebay has done nothing to resolve these issues.

I too have unwanted ads of adult wear. Have reported MANY to ebay all described as style crinoline but ebay still hasn't dealt with it. No longer enjoy using ebay for my favourite crinoline lady due to the massive adult erotic wear that sellers list as crinoline.

I'd like to add to this thread that this issue is now affecting me. Entirely inappropriate images under 'sponsored items' on my eBay account which my wife and child also use.

Over a year later, what are you doing to fix this Ebay?
