i cannot see it being Chinese hacking

they sell most of their products on ebay

and i cannot see them purposely destroying their eccomony ?

so it is probably ebay trying to tweak it again

just to squeeze that little extra out of the sellers again

ever thought the cheaper your prices are

the more people will come

I am trying to create a shipping label. It tells me to create it on my desktop. I don't have one.

I have always done it from my phone or tablet. As far as customer service,  there is none. With no in person help, it makes me want to stop selling. It is so frustrating no to be able to create a shipping label.

I am trying to relist an item with a price drop---- there is a button to click on the selling page.  I have been getting that message for two days now.  the other items that I have listed are doing fine, as far as I know.

I CAN'T  LIST. When I try to list running  shoes I am given a page with car brake shoes. Something  is very wrong but the three calls I have made have not helped. They have no idea what is going on.

The last two days I have issues listing and also customers trying to purchase items cannot check out. Whenever ebay updates something on their site these issues and more occur and normally takes 2-5 days for them to get it fixed.

Agree with everything you have stated.

Call centers in the Philippines?

I hang up on them. Only talk to a US based rep.

Managed payments are extortion, 5-7 days processing.

It should not take 48 hours to process your money and then you to wait another 4-5 days

for it to hit your bank. Their standard answer, "Its your bank". Wrong.

Know a pretty high up person at Chase and they say otherwise.

Have given Chase the Trace numbers on transactions and it is eBay.

They use your money on returns as well.  35% credit cards, loans??

They have no integrity.

Funny, PP managed to pay us in seconds for an additional 1% at the beginning of Covid.

Have paid this company around $ 400,00 in fees since 2003.

Would have been smarter to pay Google that money on private site exposure.

When Meg Whitman ran this company 1998-2008 is was a great business.

You could make a nice living if you were smart in the good ole days.

Have closed 2 of 3 stores and temped to throw in the towel for good.

eBay does not care about the people who keep them alive. (SELLERS).

See this thread for some possible workarounds involving an alternative method of leaving feedback for multiple orders:

I've noticed that the only time I encounter this error-message is when the website preference on my phone's browser is set to "Mobile version". As soon as I switch it to "Desktop version" and load the listing, it invariably seems to work as normal.

This glitch(?) also appears to affect offers I receive from sellers. Assuming the item's page has loaded ok, there'll be no sign of the offer, even if I've clicked directly on the offer link to get to the listing! Again, switching modes seems to do the trick.

I don't know if this information will help anyone else at all, whether in properly diagnosing & resolving the issue, or even just as a temporary workaround, but I thought there'd be no harm in sharing.
