In regards to what?...What were you doing when this message popped up?  I can get around eBay right now without any problems...was it a specific action you were doing when this message came up?  I see that you can get on the message board to post this...

If you get an error looking at the main ebay.com page, try using a different link to get to eBay such as the site map:

Something else has been happening to me for several days now--I thought it may have been just me or my account, but I've had several sellers comment about the messages here not working.  I no longer get any emails even though "Send a copy to my personal email address" is always checked, and the people to whom I'm sending messages rarely get them!  I even tried a search for that phrase and nothing!  They haven't mentioned a **bleep** thing about it here at the message boards, not on their "Announcements" page, NOR at their FaceBook page!  Now I'm not even getting what I send in my "Sent" folder so I don't even have a frickin' RECORD anymore of what I send! This is MOST SERIOUS because this is SERIOUSLY screwing up buys, sales, AND auctions!  I just noticed that someone else here HAS posted about it, so it's obviously spreading.

Does ebay monitor this Tech page & give any feedback?

Not long ago there was an issue with the main page of ebay.com causing problems for Internet Explorer users. As long as those users stayed off the main page, things seemed to work OK. Signing in was a problem for many, though, since the standard sign-in page sends you to the main page after you sign in. But if you go through the site map and navigate to one of your My eBay pages rather than using the sign-in link, subsequent sign-ins will send you directly to whichever page you were trying to get to, bypassing the problematic main page.

Does ebay monitor this Tech page & give any feedback?

Not that I have noticed, other than on the two app-related boards.

I am trying to print shipping labels from the Bulk Shipping > Buy Shipping page, but each time I click on "Open" next to each label all I get is a new page come up that has "It's Not You. It's Us". It has been doing this for 2 days. Anyone know anything about this?

Yeah it's been down for about a week now! I was getting ready to do my taxes and accessed the reports last week and got the first 10 months but noticed that the November and December reports were not there. I waited a couple of days and tried to access them and got that error message "It's not you, it's us!". So Thinking it was temporarily down for a few hours, I waited a bit and periodically checked back over the course of a couple of days and still couldn't access it. So I called ebay and got bounced around to a couple of people of course. The Ebay agent wasn't aware of any issue, and asked questions about the browser I was using, and told me to clear my browsing history. I told him the error message clearly says it's on Ebay's end. He said he could access the reports I was looking for on his end, and emailed them to me. Of course I hang up and open the email and it was not the right info I was looking for.  So frustrating dealing with those people. I'm starting to wonder if they had a serious meltdown with their servers and trying to keep it on the down low until they figure out what to do!

I called on the 14th regarding not being able to access the sales reports. After much misdirecting one agent finally saw what I was talking about. Was told it would be fixed in 24-48 hours. The standard reply to anything.
Still not working.

This problem has been our there for several months and generally, it comes when you are clicking on any ebay item or link on that was send to your personal email. For example: let's say you miss an item and it was sold so you get an email that the item you were watching was sold. if you click on that item link which was sold you are then transferred to main ebay page but instead of seen the item sold for whatever price you get

Now you have to your account under watch items and dig  in to 12 different links and sub-links to find that item which was sold and see how much etc.

IQ levels are not the same in silicon valley to fix these simple things and yet, they keep messing around with a good working system AKA " upgrade"
