Yep I have same problem on my Windows laptop same message saying server
down & it takes me to ebay USA page which is of no use to me in
Australia.It seems to work ok on my Android phone ebay app though.
Very strange as the ebay app on my phone is working fine just not on
laptop.Does ebay monitor this Tech page & give any feedback?Probably not
interested only a pacifier they just want to make money
