I've had this problem for awhile now and was wondering if there was something I need to do to fit ebay to my pc screen. I'm on the latest firefox version and just about every site I visit displays their site correctly. Zoom in or out just makes it worse. Any ideas how to fix

It is the new (idiotic) way of things.
When you hover over either the left or right edges of the nav/tab bar (left of "All (0)" and right of the cut off bubble on the right)that is cut off, big scroll arrows should appear.
They do appear for me in Firefox 52, but no longer in FF31 (irrelevant since buttons dont work), and never did in FF3.6.24 (I had to do some semi-serious 40 lines of beat down on that page in F3.6.24 using CSS to get it to display in any useful, viewable, non-wrapped, "at a glance" fashion)
If the scroll arrows are not appearing then eBay probably broke it - I think it *was* working in FF31 and now does not.
(I don't use that page except in FF3.6.24 for getting a quick idea of number of active listings and to allow quick access to my newest listings quickly by hitting end key on keyboard without scrolling around/paging down as on the summary pages)
It is probably fixable using CSS, but that would require you run Stylish or Stylus or similar addon to apply a few lines of CSS rules to restyle the page in your browser with the nav/button bar either wrapped or narrowed (would have to look at the inner details to see what works on that page element) I can provide the rules if you take the plunge to deal with it yourself)
