The shopping cart seems to be working for me -- I can add and remove items as expected.

Do you have a purchased item in your cart that needs to be paid for? Check your purchase history. If you've committed to purchase an item, you may not be able to remove it from your cart until you pay.

Leaving items in your cart too long seems to cause problems for some folks. It's better to use your Watch List for keeping track of items long term.

If you can't remove the items from your cart, try to "Save for Later" instead. If you have the app on your phone, you might be able to remove or save items by swiping left or right.

If you still can't remove the items but need to make another purchase, you can try to purchase items individually directly from the item listing, bypassing the cart entirely (though you won't get the benefit of combined shipping discounts).

Cart is working fine for me too in Firefox 31. Can add and remove items no problems*

*There was a burp using FF3.6.24. Added an item to the cart ok fine. Found a second item in search and when I clicked the add to cart button screen flashed and it did nothing. "Add to cart" button was still there (instead of "View cart" button if item had been added) Clicked it again and the cart popup appeared showing the now two items in the cart.

Looks like there MAY be some sort of lag/fail issue with connecting to cart.ebay.com when the "add to cart" button is clicked.
(caught a "waiting for cart.ebay.com" in status bar out of corner of my eye but haven't been able to replicate).

Again in FF3.6.24, added a third item to cart, page switched to the cart page instead of the cart popup on the item page, but hung in a dimmed state with an hourglass. Refreshing the cart did not help. (The cart normally works ok for gathering up items in FF3.6.24, but the remove buttons don't work, and checkout in FF3.6.24 isn't possible due to lack of TLS1.2 capability in that browser. That hang is a new development)

Popped over to the cart in FF31, and cart was fine with the three items ready for checkout. Tried adding some items in FF31, and all went ok, except that couldn't remove the last item without refreshing the page.


There *appears* that there *might* be some wonky behavior here not attributable to the older browsers (don't have time right now to play with it in FF52)
