The only thing I can do on the eBay site tonight is make re-listings. Everything else is so slow as to not be functional. I can't even get to customer support.

I've tried clearing my cache, using different browsers, restarting my computer, nothing helps. I don't have trouble navigating on any other websites.

Is anyone else having this problem ?

Not even able to view items. Been working fine most of the day until a few hours ago it just got so sluggish that I cant even look at item pictures.

Same here, tryed both desktop and the app and posting an ad is a game of refreshing a million times for each section of the ad to get it to process

Are you using Chrome? It is pathetically slow for me. It seemed okay on my phone web browser, but not on the eBay app or on my laptop using Chrome.

Functionally dead here too (near Philly.) for the last few hours. I guess will be hearing about russian hackers getting away with 150 000 000 accounts information. [sarkasm]. I've tried 4 computers 5 different browsers so far - SSDD. Its ebay servers being screwed royally ...

Its wierd I can't get my computer to load anything but on my phone everything is just fine. Some kind of cookie issue? What's more bizarre is if I ping ebay at least half the packets are lost or it Just times out. Is everything on cell phones just cached data and so it seems like no issue?
