I can't connect with PayPal to pay for an item on eBay. I can connect to my PayPal account with no problem, but I cannot through eBay's checkout.

What is the maximum number of items that are allowed on the Watch List? It used to be 200, but I think it changed. No information in the eBay "Help". (Surprise!)
