Restarted my computer and all that. For whatever reason after I hit purchase postage the next screen keeps refreshing and wont allow me to purchase postage. Is anyone else having this problem?

Should I be worried about selling higher end items over 100 bucks to brand new users / accounts with no feedback ? Account was just created the other day.
