eBay fees

Hi, 

My account was suspended as I tried to log in to update my bank details.

i forgot my password. 
I attempted to change it several times but I still couldn’t log on.

i went to the online chat & explained & after a long conversation, they informed me that my account was suspended due to overdue fees.

i said, “ I know that, how can I pay if I can’t log in?”

can someone please tell me what to do?

ive tried paying thru PayPal as all my prior payments came out by direct debit but when I put the address in, I wasn’t sure if it was to eBay. 🤷🏼‍♀️

be sure always give your info correct and try to   contact customer service to get back account again

Being that your in Australia, you may have to look around the AU site a bit, but somewhere in Help & Support there you should be able to find a call back request link under one of the Account help topics. You may have to use one that is not a direct match to you problem, but maybe you can get someone to call you back. 

Also, as a last resort there should be an mailing address that you can use to pay your fees by check. Maybe you can find that, but you really need to get logged back into your account.
