Received 2 counteroffers for the same exact amount within a couple of minutes. When I try to accept the first offer, I get an error “oops something went wrong”. Have tried accepting on iPad, iPhone and computer, get the same error. Have tried using the message I received and going directly to item. Don’t want to lose sale and prefer to accept the first offer. Any suggestions?
