Hello, I am a seller from Europe, and I have this issue that started a couple of months ago. It's begun with a small quantity of items which still was visible, now there is no any items are displayed in my store at all. The impressions from eBay Perfomace tools, also showing no activity. Most of my items have Worldwide shipping. I have subscription - Premium Store, and what does it mean, that I haven't any store or it's just not working? Can you guys tell what I should do with this? If it is a technical issue, will eBay make at least a half refund for subscription? Thank you

Excellent Trinton. This isn't the only (non-US) OP who has complained of this issue. Hopefully some resolution will be forthcoming.
3 questions:
1. Is the location setting a cookie based setting?
2. Is changing location via a shipping and payments tab the SAME as actually being in that other location as far as visibility of item in search and stores, or is there something else in play? (in other words, is my changing my country to Japan the same effect as being a buyer in Japan and a useful diagnostic tool?)
3. Does viewing location default back to user's registration country or is it geolocation (via IP?) based as I think you may have hinted at elsewhere?
Hi @berserkerplanet, location defaults to your address on file when logged in or your current location if logged out. I tested this just now as my shipping address is about 20 miles away from my desk at work and has a different postal code - when logged in, it defaults to my shipping address and when logged out it reverts to the zip code of y office.
If you change your location via the shipping and payments tab or via the sort filter in search results (Price + Shipping) this will change the location while you are searching. This selection is saved but can be reset by logging out of your account and logging back in.
Changing the shipping location does effectively change your location in regards to item visibility, as items that cannot be shipped to your location do not appear in search for you. Because of this, you can make changes to diagnose problems like this and get more details! It also can be a useful piece of advice for sellers who do not ship to their own country and are concerned with not seeing their items in search (they would need to change the shipping location to see these come up.)

Certainly could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time, lol...... this is what I see when changing yours to ship to Canada
This is what I see what I see when I match her delivery to the location.
If I change to Lithuania, same thing occurs.....same shipping price (and to US) , so it must be a flat rate. In both cases when I change to those countries(Sweden & Lithuania), her items don't show......and both say international shipping....... I'm contending that " standard international shipping" is not going to suffice for a local shipping option, which you must have to see the item in the same country. I don't know how that is squared with the various shipping locations she has....

The listing of mine that you are looking at was done on .ca which is why it is listed in $C and why it shows standard shipping because on that site shipping to Canada is is domestic shipping. If you look at any one of my Coach listings which were listed on .com you’ll see that shipping to Canada shows as international shipping.
When listing on another site there is no way to show your home country as having ‘local’ shipping. On .com shipping for the US always shows as domestic shipping and other countries show as international regardless of where you are located.

Aha..........Thanks @pjcdn2005 I do see what you mean, dunce that I am....... I would point out the verbiage is different for your items, so I wonder if that makes any difference. I do thank you for putting up with explaining it to me. In any case, I see Trinton is on it.....so perhaps we will get a "real" answer. Thanks again.

What do you mean by the verbiage being different? The only differences I see is that for the US I use standard shipping from outside the US as and buyrose uses economy, standard and/or expedited shipping from outside of the US. For other countries I use economy international and I believe that they use standard or expedited international. eBay bases the delivery estimate on the listings based on whether we choose economy, standard or expedited.....that is the only difference between those choices. That wouldn’t affect visibility.
Those choices are based only on the amount of delivery time eBay go

I'm just amazed at how strong and experienced the community is here. And I'm very pleased and thankfull to all those unfamiliar people are much more carefully and preoccupied with approaching my question than the eBay support team where I'm paying for their "service" (hope eBay will get better in this).
Now, briefly about how I work and where my goods are actually located. Since recently, I am actively moving to work on the principle of dropshipping. I'm from Lithuania (work and living). But as I said before I have partners and they are from Ukraine and Sweden, also I have own small assortment in my warehouse. So, some of my items are located in Ukraine, some in Sweden and some in Lithuania. Anyway, no items are displayed in my store for me or even in my "Items for sale".

Hi, any news about this problem?
I have 3 active items for sale, but only 1 is showing in eBay search results and my "items for sale" page. My account registration address is in Lithuania and my items located in Lithuania also... Any ideas?!... Thanks...:)...

Having the same problem here. I have 136 items shown in my active listings window but, eBay only shows 8 in my store or in a search under my eBay id.

Today I can see all my items in "items for sale" page and I can find them then I search eBay (I'm in Norway now). Somehow everything got fixed... maybe it's eBay...
