For the past week, I noticed eBay Bucks is missing. Usually hoovering over My eBay, eBay Bucks would show on the bottom of the text box but it's no longer there. Going into my account, on the left side where it stats eBay Bucks under the Buy cateogry, clicking that just takes me back to all my purchases, Summaries. Clearing cookies/cache does not fix the issue.
Going to any item listing for purchase, it does show I will earn eBay Bucks for my purchase however. What happened to eBay Bucks?

Hi @etrusca - I wish I went on vacation! At this time, I work part time here on the boards, and I'm available Wednesdays and Thursdays on Community. The rest of my time is spent with our social media teams and working with other teams to drive change based on feedback I see here on the boards.
This specific issue is still being investigated and worked on, and has been sent to CS teammates for them to be on the lookout for additional reports as members call in. It looks like you've had some great advice from other members here regarding the eBay Bucks process, as well as other workarounds that work for the time being.
On that note, I do want to clarify that the Community Boards are a ultimately a peer-to-peer feedback forum and that this is not a customer service channel. While I may be able to step in from time to time to assist or pass along situations to the appropriate teams, my role here is to monitor trends and work to address widespread issues and pain points discussed by our Community Members. I appreciate your concern, but to set clear expectations there will be delays in my ability to get answers or resolutions, and there will also be times that I simply will not be able to respond as I address other responsibilities. If you need a more immediate response I'd encourage you to contact CS by phone, or by social media (Twitter or Facebook).

Thank you - though I get all the E Bucks promotions I have received nothing for sales that occured in the latter half of March. I have gone back through all my emails, also copies at the server. Nothing in my messages. There is still no access to any info on Ebay bucks on my site. I have tried 5 ways in 3 formats. I have not bought anything since due to the volume of problems I have had on Ebay which has affected my sales. The deadlinks say go to Homepage and there's nothing else there to link to it.
Interestingly, Ebay bucks is not listed or mentioned anywhere that I can find in the new Policies index. I couldnt find it in new user agreement either - quite ironic for the number of bucks promotions I have been receiving recently. If it is a reward program you would think it would be highlighted as a carrot !

follow up - I did log on to Ebay.ca - found my ebay bucks page
FYI to buyers - if you scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the most
recent ebay certificate issued the date is not in the US Format - but backwards in European
it took me a while to figure this out as it implied January certificate instead of April. Small cents tb reissued I never got the original email - thxs everyone for your help - I resubmitted the case for missing Ebay bucks on US site

Why doesn’t Ebay fix the glitch? Many customers met the problem.
The IT should do Something immediately.

mines still broke and even though we may not " lose" them it's still good to see what's accruing.
Kinda like with paypal and not being able to see your running balance any longer, are we supposed to just take their word for it ?!

Yes, Please fix! It has been a week and 1/2 since contacting customer service! I cannot even see eBay bucks in the lower portion near payments and shipping when viewing items to purchase. Should have been fixed by now. Currently using the workaround by going to https://www.ebay.ca

Hi, just contacted customer service for Ebay after 45 min wait. Indicated I can view the total for my Ebay bucks the 3 rd of July. If not call back to Ebay customer service

So after over two weeks and dozens of complaints, the only written eBay reply said, " thank you for responding to this as well as looking into it along with the tech team". That was two weeks ago. Now they tell you it will be fixed by July 3rd.
Did they tell you what will happen to all the bucks we should have been earning for the last month?

I am signed up, for a very long time. I had used them in the past. I haven't had access, I am going to guesstimate for at least a year. I've invested to much time into this already. To many choices for ecommerce. Ebay will just continue to lose my business until it's straightened out, or becomes more seamless.
Seems they spend so much time promoting this program, and no time making sure it works for long time customers. Sad. Amazon, Walmart , ect, here I come.
