Why does the ebay bucks offer never work? I activate the offer, I go to shop and at checkout the ebay bucks shown, does not match the offer. That's happened like 3 times now and I have to call and they don't take care of the problem.

does anyone else have a problem with ebay bucks link. I click on it and it takes me to part of my watch list.
