I have tried everyday for over a week to get eBay to call me back (I'm missing my Top Rated Sellers Discount since my account renewed in Aug, 2020). I start at Seller Help and go through all of the choices to get to the option for someone to call me back.
Every day I get the message "Sorry, this contact channel will be closed before an agent is available to speak with you today. Please try again tomorrow." I've tried in the mornings, evenings, and weekends to no avail.
How in the world are sellers supposed to get help from eBay without a way to actually contact them. Any body else?
