Listing Quality Report - Promoted Listings Rate

Shortly after that the report correctly started showing 100% Promoted Listings Enabled and the correct average % rate for that category, so it was fixed.

Today's report with listing status as of Feb 8th shows Promoted Listings Enabled at 100%, which is correct, but it is showing the Promoted Listing Rate at 0% for all categories.

Since the minimum for Promoted Listings is 1%, this obviously can't be correct. 😊  I'm not sure if it is another misalignment issue or something else, but please pass this on to the team!

My report look the same.  Just a note that the percentage ad rates being displayed down below (I highlighted two) are correct on my report.

Good catch @mcdougle4248 ! I didn't even notice that but yes, mine are correct in the listings section at the bottom as well, it's just in the top Benchmarks area that it is incorrect.
