Just switched to managed payouts. First sale resulted in failed payout-
on Jan 27. Message said ebay would retry. Failed payout again on Jan.
28. All communication with ebay is down, can't contact anyone. Anyone
else having this problem?
Having same problem with no contact available for last two days.
Switched to managed payouts and first sale had failed payout. No way to
contact them at all. Must be major system failure and they are
overwhelmed.
