Re: checkout issue

Yes, I've been having checkout problems for nearly a month now.   Here's a long example of what happened yesterday.  The shopping cart showed 18 postcards (it should have shown 28).  One of these had an error message:  "Unfortunately, this seller will not ship to your location.  Please update your shipping address or contact the seller to get a shipping option."  All 18 postcards were from the same seller to the same shipping address.  I requested an invoice as that sometimes fixes shopping cart problems.  I clicked the Remove button on the postcard with the error message.  I was able to pay for the other 17 postcards, and a note said an invoice was sent but I couldn't find it at that time.

A message popped up saying, "Don't forget about this item in your cart."  When I went to the shopping cart, there were 11 postcards in the cart including the postcard with the error message.  I clicked the Remove button and was told I couldn't remove an item I had bought.  I requested an invoice.  This allowed me to click the Remove button and remove the postcard with an error.  I was able to pay for the 10 remaining postcards.

Now my shopping cart contains only the postcard with the error message.  I have asked the seller for an invoice but haven't gotten it yet.  I also plan to call customer support yet again.

I have been having payment problems with this seller ever since he entered Managed Payments.  He told me a few weeks back that he has thousands of errors, that it's an eBay problem, and that he hopes they solve it soon.

Re: checkout issue

You may want to post this on the UK board as your options might be different than what US buyers see.
