can not enter to ebay.

we are ISP from Ukraine.  and we are announcing the network 195.14.122.0/24 from Ukraine. our customers can not enter to ebay.  what can we do?

The message says that eBay is restricting you or your buyers based on government sanctions. There's nothing that can be done about that.

If you think this is an error then you or your buyers need to contact eBay customer service. This is a member-to-member discussion forum and eBay doesn't read most of the posts here.

 customer service can not help 😞 and we do not have sanctions 🙂 this problem only with one network.

You said your customers cannot access eBay from that network of yours. Did you try to access it from that network, and if you did, then did you see the same message? Did you get that complaint from several customers in that network, or from one customer only?

I have a wild idea: is there a possibility that your customers use some VPN? I.e., they use your services, but when visiting various sites, including eBay, they have IP addresses outside your /24 range.
