Tracking Heading and Click Box Changed to German

This morning the title "Tracking" (I think) and the blue click box below is today in German instead of English. Hope it's not the sign of more trouble to come. Other pages and the actual content (Delivered, in transit, etc.) is not affected.

Zun Dian Printer, Ebay is my only issue HELP

I just installed this printer. It prints fine for everything else, but not Ebay. Every video, help topic says look for label and printing prefernces, but I cannot find it anywhere on my entire ebay site. If anyone can help, I am desperate.
