Can't change item specifics

On the mobile side I am attempting to change the item specifics but everytime I press (new or whatever) it reverts back to empty almost immediately. I can't list any items without providing this, anyone have this problem?

Exaggerated number of views

Items typically getting only 2-10 views per 10 day listing suddenly show 60 views - on multiple items, all within one day. Is there a problem with the counting? Robotic views? I know these items haven't all (dozens) suddenly gone viral popular?

Website/Technical Issue

Time to vent some anger. Well, Ebay has done it again.I for some reason can no longer see any emails from My Ebay newsletter, any promotional emails with coupons and free listings, and to top it all off, I call eBay and they don't know how to fix it....

Listing Error
