Can’t pay, can’t reinstall so cannot access at all - can’t use on Safari either

Anyone else having problems yesterday/today - I cannot pay, I’ve tried reinstalling but now find the app won’t install.. just left with a ghosted logo. Safari lets me log in but I cannot pay on there either?

Watch list in eBay app gone and doesn't work

Sometime in March 2018 the app watch list is empty and will not work. Tried emptying all Chrome and Google cache and data files and no help. I have version 5.0.0.34, please, any help much appreciated.
