Small, but annoying, Add/Edit Note issue

When adding or editing an item's note from the active listings page the "updating" pop up never closes. I can click on the "X" and refresh the page to see that the update is there but that's obviously not ideal. I tried it in both Firefox and Chrome ...

Slow loading or unable to load page

It seems like it started Saturday 07/28/2018. Their pages either take forever to load or do not load at all. It's horrible, especially when I'm trying to list or update a listing. Sometimes having to start over. EBAY FIX THIS!!!
